Where can I find my order and tracking number?

You can find your order number in the subject header of the order confirmation email once the order has been placed. An example subject header is "A shipment from order #2525 is on the way". Please remember to check your spam email box if you can't find the email initially.

A tracking number should also be present within the email sent. Otherwise it will eventually be sent in an order status update email from our shipments tracker.

You can also find the carrier tracking number of the order by using your email and order number on our tracking page here. You do not need an account registered with us to use the tracking service, just use the email you used to place the order.

Where is my order?

Your order is likely in transit once you've placed it. You should receive shipping email updates from us once it's in progress.

I've only received part of my order?

In some instances, depending on what you order, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments. Please rest assured you shall receive your entire order.

Flags and beanies are manufactured and shipped faster.

T-shirts, tank tops, pump covers and hoodies take longer to manufacture and ship.

Shipping delays

If you want to know the status of your shipment, please refer to the tracking tool mentioned previously.

If there are any major delays, please use your tracking number and contact the courier directly as we have no control in this regard. The courier services are liable for delivering your goods in a timely fashion.

Due to the covid and supply situation globally, the situation is having a major impact on manufacturing and logistics activities. Therefore, we expect a delay of around 5 business days in delivering our products. In the meantime, we are going to great lengths to bring our order delivery back to normal.

Returns

We offer returns for the following reasons:

1) Significant issues with quality i.e. stitching, fabric, print.

2) Incorrect order received i.e. if you received different items from the ones ordered.

We want to uphold ourselves as a brand of good quality, so we apologise in advance if something is not to the specified standard.

Exchanges

We cannot at this stage offer size exchanges on items. It is too costly to ship items back and reship new ones.

Please do your best to compare to the size guides shown. We will work on giving accurate model fits as a comparison.

In the future we will have a dedicated method of applying to collaborate.

We're busy working on the A-team athletes and setting everything up.
