Shipping policy

Production Times:

Please allow for 2-3 business days to produce the item you have ordered. We work with several high quality international manufacturers who each have their own processing times. Your orders generally go through a whole quality approval process depending on the manufacturer. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in the respective manufacturing locations. Currently, we are manufacturing within USA, EU, South East Asia and East Asia.

Shipping:

Depending on the shipping zone and product ordered, different shipping methods will be available at checkout as seen below:

  • Standard International Shipping ( 15 - 20 Days ).
  • Fast International Shipping ( 7 - 10 Days ).
  • Whistl International Tracked ( 3 - 10 Days ).
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 Days ).
  • 'Shipping' - If you receive this as an option, it means your order is being fulfilled from multiple worldwide locations. Usually this results in 1 item coming earlier than another. Please allow 15-20 days for everything to arrive.

Generally you should receive your order within these time frames once it has been produced and dispatched. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day thereafter.

Customs & Import Duty

We have no control over custom fees and they vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees.

Thresholds (As of 11/07/2023):

  • EU – goods over the value of €150
  • USA – goods over the value of $800
  • Canada – goods over the value of $20
  • Singapore – SGD 400
  • Norway – NOK 350
  • New Zealand – NZD 1000
  • Australia – AUD 1000
  • Other countries - please refer to your countries governmental policy.

COVID-19 and Global Logistics:

As you may be aware, international logistics have been severely impacted post COVID-19. This is especially true in countries facing severe restrictions. Please be cognisant of this when enquiring about your order.

Delayed or Lost Orders:

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by local or international couriers. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. In the interim, please get ahold of the local courier responsible using the tracking information we provide to you once your order is dispatched.

Wrong or Incomplete Address:

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect. In addition, do not order to an address you suspect you will not have access to in the near future.
