Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the below categories:

We offer returns for the following reasons:

1) Damages and issues.
Significant issues with quality i.e. stitching, fabric, print.

Please inspect your order once received, if the item is defective or damaged, email us immediately at support@anabolic.world. We will remedy the situation as soon as possible. 

2) Incorrect order received.
If you received different items from the ones ordered.

If this happens, email us immediately at support@anabolic.world. We will get the correct item sent out to you. 

We want to uphold ourselves as a brand of good quality, so we apologise in advance if something is not up to standard. 

Non-Returnable items:

1) Size exchanges.
We cannot at this stage offer size exchanges on items. Since we ship & fulfil worldwide, It is not feasible for us to ship items back and reship new ones. This won't be the case forever, since we aim to open return centres in different worldwide destinations. Please do your best to utilise the size guides & model information. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-3 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the funds.
